The Institute of Historical Research of the National Hellenic Research Foundation is home of the first library in Europe dedicated to the History of Science and Orthodox Christianity. This dedicated library, thanks to a grant by the Templeton World Charity Foundation, is part of the greater historical library of the Institute on Byzantine Studies and Modern History, comprises more than 120 titles on Science & Religion, and is continuously enriched.
The library also hosts 109 rare journals with their subsequent volumes on the history of science, which were previously at the Centre d’Histoire des Sciences et des Techniques (CHST) of the University of Liège, Belgium.
